All ready-to-ship orders will ship in 2-5 Business Days (unless otherwise stated). Please be mindful of nationwide holidays that could impact the process of your orders. Kate's Kreations Co is not responsible for any delays after drop off with the shipping provider.

Kate's Kreations Co is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

If your order is returned back due to address issues, we are not responsible for additional shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees if they would like the order re-sent.
